Houston-based Baker Katz, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in retail tenant representation, investment sales, and project development and leasing, announced the firm has executed four real estate leases to serve the Katy and Fulshear communities.

Two leases were executed on behalf of Alpha Male Low T Centers, a healthcare clinic focused on empowering men’s health through treatments for underlying conditions. The first lease is a 2,214-square-foot clinic located at The Crossing on FM 1463 and FM 1093 in Fulshear. The second lease is a 2,500-square-foot clinic and will be a part of the new development on Fry Road and Tuckerton Road in Cypress. Fulshear will open later this year.

Piada will open a 2,387-square-foot location at FM 1463 & Fulshear Bend Drive inside of The Market at Cross Creek Ranch. Piada provides fast-casual Italian cuisine. This location will open later this year and is Piada’s fifth location in Houston.

Another lease was executed on behalf of Charleys, a Philly cheesesteak restaurant chain with over 600 stores nationwide and the most locations in Texas. The 1,317-square-foot restaurant is located in Morton Ranch Town Center at 22850 Grand Parkway and Morton Ranch Road in Katy. The location will open later this year.

“Our firm is proud to support the expansion of new businesses to surrounding communities in Houston,” John Frazier, Baker Katz retail broker, said. “We continue to leverage our expertise in the commercial real estate market to provide tenants with the opportunity to secure high-visibility and quality space to maximize their growth in Texas.”
