Katy High School’s Class of 2027 is supporting a “Stay Warm” drive to collect blankets, socks, jackets, long sleeve shirts, backpacks and similar items now through January 13, according to an article in the Katy High e-newsletter.
The donations will go to Katy Christian Ministries and Compassion Katy, a spokesperson for Katy ISD confirmed in an email to the Katy Times.
Area residents may participate by bringing new or gently used items to the collection boxes in the main reception area of KHS at 6331 Highway Boulevard in Katy.
“No matter how big or how small, your donation makes a difference!” said the e-newsletter.
