Ashton Woods, a national homebuilder known for its design-forward approach, will open its Bergamo community in Katy on November 6. The 82-acre development will have 259 homes upon completion, with 132 in section 1 and 127 in section 2. It is located just north of Stockdick School Road, east of Peek Road at 5067 Bergamo Lake Drive in Katy, close to Paetow High School.
Home prices start from the low $300s, offering 40-foot lots with homes from 1471 to 2811 sq. ft. Homes have three to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half baths and two-car garages. “As an Ashton Woods Collection community, Bergamo gives your home the added touch of designers without the time or complexity of selecting every option,” a company spokesperson said in an email to the Katy Times.
Model homes are set to open in mid-November.
Bergamo’s single-family homes provide close proximity to top-rated schools, work centers, and eateries surrounding Houston and Cypress. Homeowners also have access to a recreation center with a pavilion, a resort-style pool, scenic walking trails and shaded playgrounds for families.
Homes are zoned to Katy ISD and students will attend Bethke Elementary School, Stockdick Jr. High School, and Paetow High School. For more information or to join the interest list, visit: ashtonwoods.com/houston.
