Three people, at least two of them teenagers, were shot and wounded Saturday night at a large party, the Harris County Sheriff’s office said.
The incident happened at a home in the 21100 block of Bridge Springs Lane. The house is in the Lakes of Bridgewater subdivision, near McDonald Junior High and Golbow Elementary.
The sheriff’s office said deputies responded to a call in which the shooting was reported. When they arrived at the scene, they found a large party going on, with as many as 200 people, most of them teenagers, in attendance.
The sheriff’s office said in a tweet that a person opened fire at the party. The person fled the location before deputies arrived, but three people were hit.
The sheriff’s office said the two wounded teenagers are said to be in stable condition. The third wounded person left before deputies arrived. Deputies do not have an identification or condition on the third person.
