An April 4th story on the death of local chef Alex Au-Yeung contained three errors, including the misspelling of his last name. He was 52 at the time of his death, not 53. His restaurant, Phat Eatery, is located in Katy Asian Town, not “Asia Town.” The Times regrets the errors.
