DICK’s House of Sport’s Winter Festival comes to the Katy Freeway store on December 12th from 12 to 4 p.m. Santa (Katy’s Man In Red) and Mrs. Claus will be available for pictures. Admission is $10 per person or a donated toy. All money/donations will go to The Hangar Unity Community Center in Brookshire, which offers a variety of services to the community including activities for teens, resources for families in need and a variety of local events. DICK’s will also host an event to benefit local nonprofit Katy Cares on Sunday December 10th.

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. the moms participating in Katy Cares’ program can come with their kids to enjoy all of the experiences offered at the store, including the rock wall, batting cages, and golf bays.
