County Clerk Laura Richard will host her second Birth Certificate Event on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at the County Clerk’s office located at the Travis Building, 301 Jackson Street in Richmond. Birth certificates for individuals born in Texas will be available by request. The event will run from 9 a.m. to noon.

“It is wonderful to once again open my office on a Saturday to provide birth certificate services to those in the public who might not have the time during weekday hours,” Clerk Richard said.

The Birth Certificate fees are $23.00, and available to qualified applicants with valid identification. Information on fees, forms, and valid identification can be found on the County Clerk’s website www.fbctx.gov/birthcerts.
