Four members of the Seven Lakes boys team and two members of the Seven Lakes girls team were named to this years Class 6A State Tournament team after a tremendous season for both teams.

The Spartans took home lots of honors on the boys side after winning the state championship.

Senior midfielder Aidan Morrison was named the championship game MVP after scoring the game winning goal with just two minutes left in extra time of the state final, while striker Noa Stasic clinched a spot after scoring a goal in both the state semifinal and the state final, winger Kortay Koc was named to the team after putting in two dominating performances in two games and goalkeeper Ben Aviles Vera was named to the team after allowing just one run over two games in the state tournament.

On the girls side, Seven Lakes had two players named to the team after falling in the state semifinals after a big effort. Senior midfielder Wagoner Towsen was named to the team after helping lead the Spartans to the state tournament and having a good game in the state semifinals and she was joined by junior right back Kennedy Reed, who made the team after being strong both defending and attacking in the state semifinal.
