Beans & Brews Coffeehouse, the rapidly growing drive-thru coffee franchise known for its High-Altitude Roasting™ and welcoming vibe, is celebrating expansion into the Houston market, with the grand opening of the first of 12 locations under the ownership of Thomas and Ashley Perrin, the company announced in a November 20 press release. The Perrins are first-time franchise owners who have signed an area agreement to bring a dozen locations to the greater Houston area over the next decade.

The Perrins’ first location, which is now open at 20314 Franz Road in Katy is at Westgreen and Franz (north of I-10). The second store in Cypress is planned to open in December 2024. Two additional stores, one situated in Jordan Ranch in Fulshear, is set to open in January 2025. The other at Clay Road and Porter Road, is in development and scheduled to open soon after. The Perrins’ territory will cover areas including Katy, Cypress, Tomball, Hockley, and Bryan-College Station.

Both Thomas and Ashley bring diverse backgrounds to their new business venture. Thomas, a former U.S. Marine and supply chain professional, and Ashley, a former ICU nurse, decided to fully dedicate themselves to Beans and Brews after years of exploring franchise opportunities. After researching multiple brands, they were drawn to Beans and Brews for its strong corporate team, values, and unit-level economics.
