The Brookshire Chamber of Commerce is set for a major relaunch after being non-operational for several years, organizer Tony McAnelly announced in an August 21 press release.
The inaugural meeting for the newly revitalized chamber will take place on Tuesday, September 16 at 12 p.m., at G-Tech, 32005 Cooper Rd, Brookshire. The event, which includes a complimentary luncheon provided by Humble Coffee, is an invitation to all local business owners, government officials, and community members.
“This relaunch is an opportunity for anyone who believes in the potential of Brookshire to get involved,” the press release said. “The inaugural meeting will provide a chance to meet fellow business leaders, learn about the new chamber's mission, and discover how you can help build a stronger, more resilient local economy.”
A vibrant Chamber of Commerce serves as a powerful engine for development. It provides businesses with a crucial support network for networking and professional growth while also acting as a collective voice to advocate for the community’s interests, the press release said. “This unified representation is vital for influencing policies that create a favorable business environment. By raising the visibility of its members, the chamber encourages residents to invest in local businesses, contributing directly to the overall prosperity of the area.”
All are invited to attend and join the new chamber.
