Citizens for Animal Protection will hold a “Tour for Life” on April 25, in cooperation with the North Shore Animal League America. During the event, which goes from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the animal shelter at 17555 Katy Freeway in Houston, all adoptions fees on this day will be 100% waived thanks to the event sponsor, West Houston Subaru. Adopted animals will also receive free ID tags.

CAP will also hold a variety of summer camps for kids this year – each been designed for a specific age group so that participants can get the most out of the camps. All camps are held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday (except for Humane Heroes) and are $350 per cam unless otherwise noted. Camps will take place at the shelter at 17555 Katy Freeway in Houston, near the intersection of I-10 and Barker Cypress Road. For more information or to register, go to cap4pets.org.
