City of Katy City Administrator Byron Hebert and City Engineer David Kasper will be among the panelists speaking at the West Houston Association’s “Municipal Water Reuse” forum on February 19 at the Junior League of Houston.
The presentation will explore how municipal water reuse is shaping the future of sustainable growth and securing long-term water supplies. A panel of experts will speak about current and upcoming projects that highlight innovative strategies, infrastructure solutions, and policy opportunities that strengthen resilience across the Houston area’s regional water systems.
Joining Hebert and Kasper on the panel are WHA board member Howard Cohen of Schwartz, Page and Harding, Howard Christian of the City of Richmond and Melinda Salazar of BGE, Inc., who also chairs the WHA’s Water Resources Committee.
The event will take place from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Junior League of Houston at 1811 Briar Oaks Lane in Houston. General admission is $50 for WHA members and $100 for non-members. For more information, go to www.westhouston.org/committee-events-list/reuse/.
