Ed Parker has joined the Katy Area Economic Development Council as its new Membership and Business Development Manager, the organization announced March 20 on its Facebook page.

“Ed is a seasoned business developer and networking professional with 30-plus years of experience helping organizations grow through strategic relationships, strong branding, and effective client engagement,” the post said.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Parker has most recently served as a senior customer success specialist for Employbridge and previously worked in business development for Loyalty Business Brokers of Greater Houston, Sabre Financial Group LLC and as a freelancer for EPBD.
