The Katy Times flunked its assignment in our August 21 edition by misidentifying new Royal ISD school superintendent Megan Pape in a photo taken at the August 12 “meet the superintendent” reception in her honor at the RISD administration building. Here is the correct photo and caption: Elton Foster (left), Royal ISD trustee for Position 6, welcomes the district’s new superintendent, Megan Pape, during a community “meet and greet” at the administration building on August 12. The Times regrets the error.
