More than 650 employees of Royal ISD – including teachers, staff and administrators – gathered at Royal High School, 34499 Royal Road in Brookshire on August 7 to enjoy breakfast and to visit with local business vendors during the district’s annual convocation. Dressed in their custom shirts – and many dressed as superheroes – the teams assembled by campus before heading to hear the keynote speaker Damon West, author of "Be the Coffee Bean," which was the theme of this year’s event.
