Taylor’s Playhouse Early Childhood Center of Brookshire held their second annual “Cancer Walk” on October 11 with over one hundred and fifty participants from several surrounding communities. The starting point was at the City of Brookshire Police Department at US-90 and the end point of the walk was the Amphitheater in downtown Brookshire. In addition to a keynote speech from Temica Ross, MBA and LVN, the event included lunch, music, raffles and individual prizes.
