The Legacy at Falcon Point is officially becoming Pegasus Landing of Katy — and the transition is already underway. The Katy senior living community located at 1520 Katy Gap Road in Katy began carrying its new name beginning July 1, marking a new chapter under the Pegasus Senior Living portfolio.

The name change reflects the community’s alignment with the broader Pegasus Senior Living brand while maintaining its commitment to the residents, families, and team members who call it home, company officials said in a press release. Day-to-day operations, programming, and leadership will remain unchanged as part of the transition.

“This rebrand is an exciting step forward for our community and the people we serve,” said Richard Barroso, Executive Director of Pegasus Landing of Katy. “The name Pegasus Landing carries real meaning—it speaks to where we’re going and who we are. Our residents, families, and team members can expect the same care and programming they’ve always known, now under a name that better reflects our place in the Pegasus family.”
