One local coffee shop is seeking help to bring Valentine’s Day wishes to residents of the Sterling Oaks Rehabilitation Center.

PJ’s Coffee, located at 1185 Katy Fort Bend Road Suite 280 in Katy, is seeking donations for “love bags” to be delivered on Valentine’s Day to patients staying at Sterling Oaks for either short-term rehabilitation or an extended stay.

Via a post on Facebook, a representative from PJ’s Coffee asked for donations – wrapped or unwrapped – of the following:

*Toiletries

*Large print WordSearch

*Adult coloring books, markers, and colored pencils

*Socks (must be new), blankets and gloves

*Unscented lotions and lip balms

*Heartfelt Valentine’s Day cards

*Handmade drawings from children

*Sugar-free candies

*Small individual snack packs (no nuts or hard candies preferred)


Please drop off all donations on before Saturday, February 14 at noon. The PJ’s Coffee crew will gather all donations and drop them off at Sterling Oaks before 4 p.m.
