‘Goodtaste with Tanji’ offers delectable portions of Katy during long-awaited episode

The television program, which also featured Texas Tradition, Midway BBQ, Southern Dough, Typhoon Texas, Katy Mills Mall and other familiar sites, also included many well-known Katy residents including former mayor Don Elder, retired educator Jamie Wolman, community volunteer Brenda Hunter Martin and others. The 30-minute episode of the Emmy-winning show, focused on the City of Katy as a premier weekend destination in Texas, originated through the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce's subsidiary the Katy Foundation in cooperation with the City of Katy.
