Women are carrying more than ever; careers, businesses, families, relationships, and communities but many are doing it while running on empty. On Thursday, July 16, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Women of Katy will bring together local women, medical professionals, wellness experts, and community leaders for “The Energy Audit.”.

Hosted at Flix Brewhouse at 2707 Commercial Center Blvd Ste K-100 in Katy, the event will feature mental health and physical health, allowing attendees to learn practical, evidence-based strategies they can immediately apply to their daily lives.

Topics will include:

· Understanding the nervous system

· Burnout prevention and recovery

· Hormonal health

· Sleep and energy optimization

· Nutrition and inflammation

· Movement, strength, and longevity

· Mental resilience and emotional well-being

“One of the most beautiful things we’ve witnessed through Women of Katy is what happens when women come together with honesty instead of perfection,” said Stacy Jacobs, co-founder of Women of Katy. “This symposium isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about giving women permission to ask better questions about their health, their energy, and the way they’re living. We hope every woman leaves feeling encouraged, connected, and empowered to take care of herself with the same intention she gives everyone else.”

“As women, we’re constantly told to push harder, do more, and keep going,” said Olivia Martin, Co-Founder of Women of Katy. “What we aren’t taught is how our nervous system, hormones, sleep, and stress affect every decision we make. ‘The Energy Audit’ is about giving women practical, science-backed tools, not just inspiration, to better understand, protect, and optimize their energy. Because when women are healthier, more informed, and more connected, our families, businesses, and communities are stronger for it.”

Seating is limited and tickets may be purchased at https://womenofkaty.com.

Since launching in 2023, Women of Katy has brought together hundreds of local women through leadership events, educational programming, and meaningful connections while investing over $35,000 back into the community through scholarships and their four staple events: luncheon, synergy, symposium, and soirée designed for women in every season of life; from entrepreneurs and executives to mothers, caregivers, educators, healthcare professionals, and community leaders.
