Shoppers aren’t just celebrating Halloween this year... they’re super-sizing it, according to a spokesperson for Halloween.com.

Spooky stat of the season: September 2025 décor sales are up 29.5% year-over-year compared to September 2024, proving that Americans are decorating bigger and bolder than ever before, the company said in a September 30 press release.

Curious about what’s trending for Halloween 2025? The company pulled its top-selling décor items for August and September and found that animatronics, skeletons and inflatables are the most popular. The results show what fans are most excited about this season: · Lock, shock and barrel animatronic – Disney fans are obsessed! This completes the “Nightmare Before Christmas” collection (Jack, Sally, Oogie Boogie, Dr. Finkelstein). The missing piece has arrived. · Electronic eyes poseable skeleton – A TikTok Shop sensation in August. Skeletons continue to dominate the shop, including the trending 74” Poseable Frankenstein Skeleton. · 11.5-ft. Mothman animatronic– Giant décor is here to stay! This spooky item generated massive buzz during the site’s July animatronic launch and throughout August. · Peekaboo Penny animatronic – Fans were thrilled to see this classic scare prop return to the market. · 15-ft. giant pumpkin inflatable – With 17 new inflatables added this year, this oversized pumpkin is stealing the spotlight.

It’s shaping up to be a spook-tacular season already.
