Preparing for the program’s first season in a new league, University of Houston senior guard LJ Cryer and senior point guard Jamal Shead earned places on the Preseason All-Big 12 Conference Team, the league announced. more

Seven Lakes senior Justice Carlton announced her commitment to the University of Texas on Friday. Carlton, a 6-2 forward, is a five star recruit, ranked as No. 7 in the nation by ESPN HoopGurlz. She averaged 22.3 points, 9.3 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game in her junior season. more

Katy grad Kailey Wyckoff added a major accolade after her freshman year in college, as she was named the Big 12 Freshman of the Year after a tremendous season where she was one of the best catchers in the Big 12. more
