Thomas L. Petruzzo passed away on June 6th from complications of lung cancer.

Born in Rochester, NY on October 5, 1950 to Louis and Anne Petruzzo, he graduated from St. John Fisher College in Rochester where he majored in psychology. He and his wife Marsha married in June of 1974 and moved to Houston in 1977. Upon arriving, Tom worked as a counselor in a psychiatric hospital. Jeana Gobar and Andy Petruzzo, their children, were born soon after that. Jeana lives in the Katy area with her husband Jake and their 3 children-Ethan, Mason, and Abbey. Andy and his wife Jessica live in California.

In the early 80s, Tom became a wine and liquor salesman, first for Quality Beverage and then for Glazers.

Tom leaves his wife of 49 years, Marsha Petruzzo, of Katy. He also leaves his brother, Ron Petruzzo.

A memorial service will be held at Clay's Mortuary, 3923 5th St. Brookshire, Texas on Saturday, September 9th at 11am.
