Freemans break ground for Freeman Self-Storage
Freeman Self Storage is officially under construction. Developed by C3 Katy Ventures, Freeman Self Storage will be a three-story climate-controlled building with over 850 Class A units to meet the needs of the growing north Katy population. The facility, to be operated by Right Move Storage, will be located in Katy’s Elyson neighborhood at 23920 Freeman Road/FM 529 and expected to open in fall 2027. Freeman Self Storage will occupy 150,000 square feet at 23920 Freeman Road/FM 529 in Katy when completed in 2027. The rice dryer design on the front of the building will commemorate the Freeman family’s farming heritage.
